To Join*
- Be an active adult team member on your school’s Forefront team.
- Complete the annual Team Roster/User Agreement Form. (2026-27 coming soon)
- New users create an individual login here: FIS Portal Registration Instructions.
* Users will need to refresh their credentials at the start of each academic year and/or when a new member joins your school team.
