These forums are a place for members of FIS school communities to share ideas and discuss mental health support and suicide prevention in their communities, including all aspects of the Forefront in the Schools program. To that end, please keep the discussion on topic, respectful, civil and inclusive. We are launching with three forums (for parents, teachers, counselors/ESAs), but may add more if there’s a need.

If you have a question, please look at previous posts before starting a new thread, to see if your question has already been answered.

While these forums are a place to share information, ideas and support, we don’t allow posts that have personally identifiable information about individual students or families, and will remove such posts.

Note that we don’t allow off-topic posts, personal attacks, hate speech or discrimination of any kind, and reserve the right to remove such posts.
